Jeff attended the University of Denver on a basketball scholarship, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1980. Following college, Jeff studied law at Kings College in London, England and the University of Denver, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1984.

Jeff was admitted in 1984 to practice before both the United States District Court and in the State of Colorado. Jeff is a former shareholder of Weaver, Oppenheim & Wittebort, P.C., where he practiced for 16 years prior to joining Walberg, Tucker & Holmes, P.C. in July, 2000. Jeff's practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense, divorce and family law, workers compensation, and criminal defense. He has tried over one hundred cases in his twenty two years of practice.
