Mike has been licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Colorado since 1988. Having tried, successfully, numerous cases to juries on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants involving personal injury, insurance, auto, premises, and commercial liability, Mike has a reputation for offering well-reasoned and balanced approaches to resolving legal issues for clients, whether it be by negotiated settlement, arbitration, or a jury trial. His considerable experience on both sides of a dispute has allowed him to quickly identify issues prohibiting resolution and to evaluate, from a legal and financial perspective, the appropriate solution in accordance with the client's needs and objectives.

Prior to joining Walberg, Tucker & Holmes, Mike worked as in-house trial counsel for Farmers Insurance Exchange and its affiliated companies and litigated the defense of hundreds of cases involving a wide spectrum of legal issues and fact patterns. Also, Mike has worked for large and medium-sized defense firms and opened his own litigation firm in 1995 where he practiced for 8 years representing personal injury plaintiffs, medical professional corporations, and small businesses.
