Nina
attended the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington where she received
a Bachelors of Arts with a double major in Politics and Government and Public Administration.
A Colorado native, she returned to Colorado after graduation to pursue a law degree from the
University of Denver, College of Law, which she received in May 1991. After graduation, Nina
pursued a number of non-law related options including teaching at a business college and working
in public relations before pursuing the practice of law. Her practice for the past twelve years has
included insurance defense, civil rights defense and employment law and encompasses extensive experience
trying cases in jurisdictions throughout Colorado - with results favorable to her clients.
