Todd is a Colorado native who attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO where he double majored, receiving his bachelor of science degrees in both accounting and business marketing. After working for two years as an accountant, he attended the University of Denver Law School where he received his juris doctorate in May of 2008. Todd's experience with civil defense litigation began with an internship for the Honorable Judge Arkin in the Arapahoe County District Court after his first year of law school. His experience with civil litigation, and specifically insurance defense litigation, was furthered during law school as he clerked for an insurance defense firm in Denver. He has been with Walberg, Tucker & Holmes since he graduated from law school. His civil and commercial litigation practice has included the defense of personal injury, premises liability, bad faith, and contractual disputes, as well as many aspects of insurance claims and coverage. Todd is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts of Colorado.
